March 17th, 2011 - According to reports by Saham News, a few hours ago, Ali Karroubi, Mehdi Karroubi's third son was released from prison after posting a 100,000.- USD cash bail.
It is worth mentioning that Ali Karroubi was arrested 25 days ago when he was contacted by security officers who lied and lured him to his father's house under the pretext that he would be allowed to visit with his parents Mehdi and Fatemeh Karroubi. Ali Karroubi and his wife were arrested upon arriving at his parents' residence and he was charged with being a spy.
